There are exceptions to taking fish oils if you are on any blood thinning drugs such as warfarin or aspirin but otherwise good medical grade fish oil will do wonders for your health . Start a 12 week bum campaign to look great in those jeans! Your behind is made up of 3 muscles the gluteus medius, the gluteus maximus, and the gluteus minimus. This is a real case of use it or lose it. Cardiovascular work will not do the job, as your glutei muscles will only act as shock absorbers. Exercises such as lunges, squats and lying face down leg raises, whilst keeping tummy on the floor to protect your back will assist greatly in getting the perfect toned bum!

People have survived weeks, some even months without food, but after 24 hours without water, your body is in trouble! The cold air dehydrates your body even more as it does not hold moisture, so literally every time you breath, moisture is being sucked out, that’s why your lips often dry out in the winter. Don’t be fooled into thinking that just because you are not sweating you are not losing precious water. Plus hunger is often mistaken for thirst so keep that glass of water on your desk!!

Actually, diets do work. My mom went on a diet like last year she could only eat non-fat steak fish, and veggies. No fruits, and only green veggies. She lost 50 pounds in the first 3-4 months. nd she’s still on it,so lik e now it”s her normal diet. It’s been a year, and she didn’t go back to her old diet
@CrimsonRena well hmm lets see im 12 ive been over weight sence i was about 8 i guess i weigh 165 :[…and i NEVER EVER eat breakfast and my aunt resntly lost 70 pounds in 5 months and she was 315..(my whole fam is kinna over weight :[ )but all she did was eat less and go to our gym every night for about an hour soo she lost massive amounts of weight and is keeping it off quite well….merry christmas eve if u selabrate
@raelovesyou98 How long have you been overweight? The longer the fat has been on you, the harder it is to take off. So if you’ve gained like, 10 lbs & it’s stayed on for a year, it’ll take about a year for you to burn it all off. Personally, when I started working out to lose a little bit of fat, it took over 3 months for me to see progress. But, then again, everyone’s different & I hardly eat breakfast, which is really bad, LOOOL.

I get tired of sports after a while, like swimming, and going to the gym. I hate like having a certain time i have to go, and at my gym there’s a schedule. So i stopped. And now, whenever a feel like it, i just get my dog and go for a walk around the neighborhood and instead of using my buildings elevator i use the stairs

IF you look at the big picture, everyone have a diet. BUT you have to change that diet (if changeable to a healthier level) and you must spend more calories than you “earn” from the foods to loose weight, that’s how simple it is! im 15. male. 95kg. over 70% muscle. but still got a little chunk on my tummy. work out three times a week. plus two hours of gym in the school schedual a week. i feel GREAT and i jump around so much before my weight was 105kg…. so yeh

It actually works with out any exercise at all. I did it for a long time but then I got mixed up with the wrong people that got me into eating more than I what I usually put in my face. Make sure that you don’t tell anyone that ur on that kind of diet coz when they start teasing you u’ll tend to get more than what you were only suppose to get. Good luck. I’m more into exercising now too coz I want my body toned up when I lose the fat.

YOUR SO AWESOME! I love your personality and it seems like you honestly care about this and other people being healthy! I’m an athlete and struggled with my weight for awhile all the girls in my family have naturally bigger butts and boobs.. i always ate junk food and it’s been almost a year ive cut out all junk food… i went from 128 to 112!! I never thought i could ever get this far ever! Running is the best and does wonders! Your tips helped me!! Thank you
