But anyways, birth in hospitals simply lowers the chance of complications/death and unless kid is born prematurely it is usually given to the mother, unless she is too tired obviously. Incubators quite usefull when baby have problems breathing/maintaining body temparuture, etc.

The first thing I noticed by seeing this video was that the baby was not given to the mother immediately, very strange to me.
Here in the Netherlands, I delivered my kids at home. No anaesthetics/drugging. (why, if you’re a healthy woman? )As soon as the baby was born, the nurse drain the mouth and gave it to me.
The screaming is also natural. Some do and some don’t.
