    I love to see anyone being pro-active with promoting a healthy lifestyle but personally I have a real issue with BMI. I have about 11% body fat and high muscularity yet BMI tells me that I’m fat. It doesn’t take in to consideration so many factors including high muscle mass, bigger breasted woman, Polynesians or other races with bigger builds etc.

    It’s Body Fat % (esp. visceral fat), measurements and most importantly How You Feel that matters most when it comes to your physical progression.
