    @savinmeagain yes i trimmed up 15 lbs and 3 % body fat, down to 8-9% starting at 11-12 %. abs came out way more from this workout, it makes people who’ve never heard of it stare and people who think they can hang wanna try it. it works well.

    @morgrym84 yes fer sure, your on the right track yourself. Its one hell of a workout and its a benchmark i use for anyone who thinks they can hang. but what sucks is that i’ve been limited to working out at home and i haven’t done the workout in a few months. totally lame. i’ll probably be back to my 20 minute time again ha ha ha. i’m stayin in shape and lean but that workout is a different kind of animal.
