when I go to, the park I try to run more around the park like do 3 or 4 laps around the park. and on the treadmill I try to run 30 minutes or an hour.

@LAO90 depends on how much you weigh
without knowing any of your vitals(age,height,weight,etc.)there’s no way to know that.but a 10 minute mile for a recreational runner is not bad.
