ugh my pms is terriable ever since i was 10 its annoying my estrogen levels are wacked out i feel like a nut sometimes n sometimes i feel normal well what would feel normal for myself. i eat everything to fruit, veggies, etc plus i take depression medication i tried birth control its annoying. thanks for ur advice and it is a nightmare.
I had the worst cramps on Monday..I never had it like this..I took 5 pain killers, heat pad, layed in bed, ate chocolate, exercised.. pain pain pain!!..bloated bloated bloated!!..The older you get the worse it gets..plus someone pissed me off two days ago..I have been very unpleasant..sorry husband..=(
Mindfulness meditation helps a lot too. Going and quietly withdrawing and making ourselves comfortable on the days of PMS definitely makes a huge difference too (meditating instead of getting into social situations has made a HUGE difference to me).

I’ve stopped eating sushi because I’m scared of turning into a pms
TGIF!!!
This is what i was looking for thank you
Very inspirational! I just discovered your videos today and can’t stop watching.
Your videos have been so helpful! I’m starting raw food on Sep 1. I’m curious if the raw food will heal my benign migratory glossitis of the tongue. I ‘ve often thought it either has something to do with the coffee I’m drinking, a vitamin deficiency, or a possible hormone imbalance. Especially since it started right after my last baby. I’m hoping my body will heal itself through the raw food diet.
I wish a lot of women who are on fertility treatments will first try the wholesome, natural approach before bombarding their bodies with chemicals. Sometimes all you need to do is give your body a chance to heal itself and things get restored back to normal
You’re such a lovely soul and you share the information so clearly! Brilliant, keep doing it, I banished my PCOS with diet too, exercise, meditation. Keep spreading the word. If we listened to doctors we’d all be dead!
i totally believe in what you’re saying, and i will share what i learned to my mom who is currently going through menopause and hormonal imbalance. i just wish there was a way for us women to actually combat the cravings because relapses do happen sometimes even while trying to maintain a balanced diet.
Thank you so much for this!!!
